The Garden Education Center (GEC) of Greenwich is located at Montgomery Pinetum Park, 130 Bible St Cos Cob, CT 06807

• From the Merritt Parkway**

  Take Exit 31 - North Street. Follow sign at end of exit ramp toward Greenwich Business District, taking North Street south to first traffic light. Just before traffic light turn left and bear right onto Old Church Road. Follow Old Church Road to the end traffic light. Turn left onto Route 1 Post Road (Putnam Ave.).
  
  At the seventh traffic light, (first traffic light after Mill Pond Plaza on right and light at Gulf station on left), turn left onto Orchard Street. Proceed 0.2 miles and turn right onto Bible Street (small GEC sign at turn). Follow Bible Street 0.7 miles; the entrance to the Garden Education Center is on your left, sign reading Montgomery Pinetum, Garden Education Center.

• From I-95**

  Take Exit 4 - Indian Field Road (from NY turn left, from CT turn right). Follow Indian Field Road to the end traffic light. Turn right onto Route 1 Post Road (Putnam Ave.).
  
  At fourth traffic light (first traffic light after Mill Pond Plaza on right and light at Gulf station on left), turn left onto Orchard Street. Proceed 0.2 miles and turn right onto Bible Street (small GEC sign at turn). Follow Bible Street 0.7 miles; the entrance to the Garden Education Center is on your left at sign reading Montgomery Pinetum, Garden Education Center.

**NOTE: At left turn off Rt 1, the landmarks are a Gulf gas station and Cos Cob School on left, and Dunkin Donuts and Bella Nona Restaurant on the right side.

The Bartlett Arboretum is located at 151 Brookdale Road in North Stamford, Connecticut.

• By Car:

  • Merritt Parkway:
    Take Exit 35 and follow High Ridge Road north (Route 137) about 1.5 miles to Brookdale Road on the left.

  • I-95:
    Take Exit 7 and follow signs to Route 137 north. Stay on 137 north to Brookdale Road on the left.

  • Westchester:
    Take Exit 4 on I-684 and go east on Route 172 to Bedford Village. Continue on Route 172 to Pound Ridge. Take Route 137 south about 5 miles to Brookdale Road on the right.

  • The Connecticut Transit:
    Take letter E High Ridge Road bus which stops at Brookdale Road

• I-84:
  Take Exit 6 - onto West Route 35. Follow until Route 100 South. Go 1 mile on Rte. 100 South and the farm is on your right. Telephone: 914-864-7282
